Cathy O’Sullivan – Finance & HR Manager

Cathy O’Sullivan supports the people and organisational development of Rhino Roofing & Cladding. As Finance & HR Manager, she leads the company’s HR function, overseeing employee relations, onboarding and training coordination while supporting financial operations.

Cathy holds an Honours Degree Business & Accounting and is ACCA certified. She has a Diploma in Professional Human Resource Practice and is also a trained Mental Health First Aider.
