Tom Hannigan brings extensive experience in quantity surveying and construction estimating to Rhino Roofing & Cladding. As Estimating Director, he leads the preparation of project tenders, cost planning and commercial assessments, supporting the company in securing and delivering major construction projects.

Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying and has worked across a range of large-scale developments throughout his career. His expertise in cost management and tender strategy supports Rhino’s ability to deliver projects with strong commercial certainty.
